Bamboo Hammock (Black)

Our Hammocks are the first of their kind to come into New Zealand.

Construction
Hand crafted using sustainable bamboo. Each made by splitting a single giant bamboo stem vertically and weaving in bamboo widths ways. This provides a comfortable, practical form with elegant lines. The detailing is provided by recycled plastic strapping woven into both ends of the structure in various colours adding a sense of fun and flair.

Our company
NZ owned and Based in Auckland we offer free delivery within the Auckland region which can be booked on Saturdays and Sundays.  Please email us to make use of this service. For orders out of Auckland we can easily recommend a freight forwarder.

Longevity
They do not need to be put up and taken down as they are incredibly durable; they can endure all weather.

Practical & Supportive
Unlike other hammocks Harper’s Hammocks have structural integrity.  They do not collapse when one reclines in them.  There is equal ease and comfort in getting in and out of them. 

Aesthetic
The design is simple and elegant, a beautiful form pleasing to the eye.  The line is that of a seedpod.  The Asian empathy and synergy with the bamboo is expressed superbly.

The average dimensions are: (Please note that the hammock is an organic structure regulated by the length of bamboo it is made from therefore each is an individual product).

Whats Included?
Each Hammock will be supplied with 10m of 8mm nylon natural coloured rope.

What will I need?
A nice place to put it. Your new hammock requires two attachment points, for example: trees, walls, fences, houses or posts. Ensure your hammock is at a comfortable height to relax into for your individual needs.
